According to some studies, regular exercise works as well as medication for some people to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and the effects can be long lasting. One vigorous exercise session can help alleviate symptoms for hours, and a regular schedule may significantly reduce them over time.

Sadly it is not to me.. I’m experiencing anxiety and depress because of the job. I thought last time when I start doing exercise, this can help me to manage my stress level, unfortunately it is not. I’m losing weight and I’m happy but I’m not happy with what I am going through right now and it may give negative effects on me. I don’t want to go back where I was before.

I think I should quit my job
